A Bungalow we have just completed on in Keynsham using Weber OCR fully meshed render system with a Parex acrylic colour top coat 😍

Few chimneys we have just completed on a big property in Keynsham.

The existing render was completely blown due to water ingress from water sitting on the top after running down the stacks. We hacked off the bases and wherever the render had been breached, they were then re rendered to a flat finish. Each stack was then coated in Lava 20 vertical and then coloured with black Lava 20 top coat to make these completely repellent to water.

The bases of the chimneys were then sprayed in a colour Parex acrylic top coat to match the bungalow.

Black galvanised covers were added to the top of each stack with spinning cowels to draw out moisture in the future.

These chimneys are now bullet proof for the foreseeable future.

So this is what happens when someone says they can do it cheaper! The amount of work we lose because of people quoting up to half of what we want to do the job and this is why! My favourite quote is cheap plastering ain’t good and good plastering ain’t cheap. Usually if something is a lot cheaper there is a reason for it. You can’t go into Porsche and ask for Peugeot prices.

It’s becoming more and more regular of seeing work like this.

Yes Tony down the pub is cheaper but this is what you end up with!
