I’ve stalled on so many things in life due to trying to have everything perfect before I start. The end result is……. It doesn’t get started!
Sometimes I miss reps, sometimes I add them. Other times I forget what movements is supposed to come next or I get them in the wrong order.
The main thing is, I’m ticking that box EVERYDAY 💪🏼🙂👍🏼📦✅
