Another little upgrade completed today in Bristol 🔧

Removed the old basin taps and waste and replaced them with these modern matte black basin taps along with a new black clicker basin waste to freshen the whole sink area up 👌

Nice little cloakroom job I’ve just finished locally 👍

Customer wanted to get rid of the pedestal and didn’t want any pipework on show, so we went for a wall-hung basin to open the space up a bit.

Had to chase all the pipework into the wall, re-board and get it plastered, then finished it off with a tiled splashback and new basin & tap.

Took a bit of extra care on the finishing as well no cuts in the tile trim and all the edges are nicely curved so it gives it a proper clean look 👌

Makes a big difference in a small toilet like this it looks a lot cleaner and gives you that bit more room as well.

Cold Water Expansion Vessel Replacement – Sorted ✅

Another job completed for a customer who was having issues with water discharging from the blow-off pipe.

The cause?
👉 Failed diaphragm inside the expansion vessel, meaning it could no longer absorb pressure properly.

We’ve now:
✔️ Replaced the faulty cold water expansion vessel
✔️ Restored correct system pressure
✔️ Stopped the discharge from the combination valve
✔️ Left everything clean, safe and working as it should

If you’ve noticed water dripping outside from a pipe or your system isn’t holding pressure properly, it could be a sign your expansion vessel has failed.
