Today marks 2 years in business for L & R Water Services 🎉

What started as a side project, with two directors balancing full-time jobs and the third already running his own full-time business, was initially just a test to see where it could go.

It didn’t take long to get the answer 👇

Within months, every available weekend was booked out for over six months straight 📅 That early demand made the decision clear, and one director stepped into the business full-time.

From there, we strengthened what we do by acquiring the Leak Detective Bristol & Somerset franchise 🔍

Bringing a far more advanced level of specialist leak detection into the business and building on a service we were already offering.

That growth led to the second director moving into the business full-time as well 💼

And as things have developed, the third director has moved from supporting where possible to now being actively involved week in, week out, helping drive the business forward alongside everything else ⚙️

Over the past two years, we’ve also built a strong network of outsourced support around us

Allowing us to grow properly and keep pushing forward.

It’s been a whirlwind,

Growth, pressure, long days, big lessons, and plenty of unknowns along the way.

But it’s two years we’re proud of 👊

A big thank you to every customer, client, and contact who has supported us and trusted us along the way 🙏
