Refill Frampton Cotterell! New water refill station at Beesmoor Road Playing Fields πŸ’§

Thank you to HGM Plumbing Services for moving the water fountain from the Brockeridge Centre to Beesmoor! We are hoping that the refill station gets lots more use here, with all the sports activities and dog walkers 🐢 ⚽️

We have successfully executed a comprehensive hot and cold water disinfection procedure in accordance with BS8558 standards at a local public facility due to the presence of elevated levels of Total Viable Coliform Count (TVCC).

Subsequent laboratory analysis has confirmed the complete elimination of TVCC, resulting in a TVCC count of zero.

The old tank was drained, disconnected, and removed from the site. A new 1.5mΒ³ tank was installed and connected to the plumbing system.

Recent works undertaken at an NHS property to replace a non-compliant cold water storage tank with a new sectional cold water storage tank.

As the building had to remain partially in use during the project, it was essential to minimise water interruptions. To overcome this challenge, a temporary mains bypass was installed, allowing the replacement to be completed with minimal disruption.

The new tank was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with HGS274 and BS8558 standards before being put back into use.

We are pleased to report that the customer is extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project.
