Exciting New Project!

We are pleased to announce that we have won the carpentry contract for the development works at Dalby Avenue in Bedminster, Bristol.

The development will deliver a mix of 5-12 bed cluster flats purpose built for student housing. The site will boast approximately 15,000 sq.ft. of internal amenity space and considerable external amenity space including a private terrace, courtyard, and gardens.

We look forward to working with Watkin Jones on this great project.

Greenways Business Park

Burgess Projects have completed the carpentry and drylining packages at Greenways Business Park which underwent a complete refurbishment to allow for 21,000 sq/ft of offices, flexible membership areas, meeting rooms and conference / training spaces with kitchen and shower spaces and an onsite café / restaurant.

We are excited to be starting works at Lee Valley Ice Rink in London!

Lee Valley are re-opening their new state-of the-art Ice Centre this winter. The new venue will offer public skating to suit all ages and abilities plus a gym, café, exercise studios and community space.

Burgess Projects have secured the carpentry package on this exciting new development.

Thanks to Buckingham Group Contracting for involving us in this great project.

New project secured!

We are excited to be working with IESIS Group who have acquired the 4th phase of the Bristol Paintworks regeneration.

The 4th phase of the development includes 92 new apartments, alongside new offices, and commercial space.

We have been contracted to undertake the carpentry supply & fit package on all 92 apartments!

Works are progressing nicely at Shipton Moyne where we have been contracted to carry out all the carpentry works involved in constructing a new build barn to accommodate a luxury private swimming pool area.

We have been contracted by 21st Century Building Services to undertake all the carpentry, dry lining & plastering works including a timber roof extension to steel frame.

Burgess projects have secured another contract!

We are delighted to be assigned as the dry lining contractor at Edwards in Clevedon.

Edwards is a leading developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products. They are adding a large extension to their existing manufacturing facility to allow for a contemporary new office space complete with a canteen, meeting rooms, shower facilities, and training areas.

Burgess Projects works will include: -

• 2500sq m partitions
• 2000sq m suspended ceilings
• 5000sq m wall finishings
• Troax metal partitioning
• Steel encasements

We would like to thank Sweet Construct for involving us in this great project. We look forward to starting on site in March.
