Little en-suite finished up in Lyde Green, lovely customer, makes a banging cup of coffee!

Will be back in September for main bathroom and cloakroom toilet

Full strip out, 2 downlights, new inline fan in loft, illuminated mirror

Upsized shower cubicle for a bit more space

We don’t just do bathrooms!

Couple of little jobs that I took some snaps of.

First 2 pics of a small extension the customer had built and didn’t think about heating it! Always better to get a plumber to put in pipes during the build, best I could do!

3rd pic….first outside tap of the year

Seperate toilet room to bathroom, so wall taken down

Old doorway boarded and skimmed, ceiling skimmed

Reboarded walls in bathroom

Seperate shower area with drying tray

Slipper style freestanding bath

Illuminated mirror with Bluetooth, 4 x downlights and fan

Terrazzo feature tiles on shower walls and floor, plain white everywhere else

Sanitaryware from Easy Bathrooms and Victoria Plum

Chippy to sort door and architrave shortly

Me and Bez grafting and eating breakfast for a couple of days 🤣

Old heat only boiler and cylinder removed and new combi installed.

Old flue hole bricked and rendered.

Heating system power flushed.

New wireless controls.

New thermostatic radiator valves on all radiators.

No problem! All ripped out back to brick/black ash 🤢

Fully tiled walls incorporating “border”tile

Busy few weeks for us lot!

Something a bit different on this one, this was/is a garage

Customer wanted a downstairs shower room, so builder built the walls and segregated garage

We boarded all walls, ceiling skimmed and painted

New downlights, fan, electric towel rail and power for macerator

Macerator to take all waste to back of house and tap into soil

Hot and colds all the way from back of the house

Fully tiled walls, karndean floor

Boiler has been in for about 15 years and a bit like triggers broom, with a new part every year or so.

New Baxi 830 combi 2 with vertical flue. (10year warranty)
Inline scale inhibitor.
Magna clean.
Shock arrestor.
Nest thermostat.
