Weekends work..

Completed over 3 weekends, a pair of gate houses in a carpark for for a client in Poole.

When I looked at the job he requested that access had to be given 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

This took some organization from muck away lorrys and concrete to steel delivery and labour.

Weekend 1.
Phase 1,

Saturday

Site setup,
Machinery on site,
temp site fencing delivery,
Drainage and ducting for both plots delivered,
Drainage and duct dug
First footings dug,
Stockpiling spoil.

Sunday.

Muck away lorrys in,
Site organized,
Concrete organized for next weekend .

Weekend 2.
Friday steel delivery ready for Saturday.

Saturday.
Phase 1 continues,

Mesh measured, cut and placed,
Concrete delivery 7.2m3 and placed,
Type 1 stone delivered,
Dugout of phase 2 footings,
Stockpiling spoil,
Site clean.

Sunday

Muck away lorrys cleared site.
Site tidy up.
Organized concrete for the following Saturday,
Stone placed over footings and oversite.

Phase 2
Saturday.

Concrete delivery 9.1m3 placed,
Stone delivered,
Cleaned site.

Sunday.

Stone placed over footings and oversite,
Machinery collected,
Temp fencing removed and collected,
Site tidying,
Handed site back to the client.

Job completed.

Access was managed, all outsourced materials and deliveries delivered on time.

Labour was great and the job ran like clockwork,

This was the day 425 cubic meters concrete or 57 drum lorrys pumped onto the slab using a 36m boom pump.

4:30am start to 9pm finish.

Just look at all that steel.
