Roughly the same view 9 years apart. I took this garden on when it was a hayfield. Having just changed hands it had been let go during the sale. New owner got me in on my first year of self employment and this is it now. Trees gone and bushes under control. And grass a bit shorter. Some view today from the new patio. Also well done to Charlie and Gill for all their hard work in the flower beds etc. I’m just responsible for the grass. 🥵

Some caravan spec deckings completed this week. I’m sure once the sun comes out they will be lovely to sit out on. 🙏 ☀️

One of the bigger sheds I’ve built. Actually completed the shed part back in November and finally got around to the slabbed patio part last week. A fair bit of digging out in this one roughly 15t tracked barrowed out and 13T type 1 and sand back in. Access wasn’t great as it’s behind a house. But glad to get it all finished and handed over. And that view. Not a bad place to sit with a beer at night as long as the midges ain’t out. Or it’s not pi***ng down.

Big job completed yesterday down in Kilmory around the corner from my old primary school. First time doing this style of fence. Venetian slated panels. Great for privacy and also lets the wind through. A wee section of vertical 4ft, bit of top soiling and a wee tidy up to the old outhouse found. Thanks to Ann and John for the 🥣soup/toasties/cake every lunch time and tea on tap☕️. Hopefully they will need more work in the future.👀.

Big 3.6mx3.6m shed done over the last week or so. Had to dig the banking out and level for the slabbed base. Hand dug trench for the power cable 🥵. Huge log store. Both with rubber roofs. Shed has a gutter and water butt fitted. Shelves and work bench also fitted in the shed. One of the best views from the sheds I have built. 🤩

A new 10x8 shed to start the new year. Built on and existing base I done a few years ago for a greenhouse. Two greenhouses later, lost after strong winds, a shed was decided would be better. Three windows to let plenty of light in and a work bench to pot those plants in.
