🔵 Two new arris rails fitted on each section.

🔵 New feather edge boards fitted.

🔵 Ceiling was painted with x2 coats of Dulux White Emulsion.

🔵 All walls painted with 2x coats of Summer Linnen.

🔵 All woodwork rubbed down, undercoated and finished off with a top coat of Dulux Satinwood.

🔵 Ceiling painted x2 coats of White emulsion.

🔵 All walls painted with 2x coats of Dulux apricot vinyl Matt.

🔵 All woodwork rubbed down and undercoated.

🔵 All woodwork painted in a Dulux satinwood.

🔵 The wardrobe had additional shelves put in and the flooring was made good where there was water damage. (Unfortunately don’t have the photos of these.)

🔵 Walls made good where needed with easy fill.

🔵 All walls were painted with a Dulux green in a vinyl Matt emulsion finish.

🔵 All woodwork rubbed down and undercoated.

🔵 All woodwork finished off with a top coat of Satinwood.

🔵 All walls and ceilings painted with a mist coat.

🔵 All ceilings painted with 2x coats of Dulux White emulsion.

🔵 Majority of the walls painted with 2x coats of Dulux Rolled Oats vinyl matt.

🔵 One feature wall of Navy blue vinyl matt.

🔵 All windows/ doors painted with 3x coats of black superdec Sadolin.

🔵 New kitchen fitted.

🔵 Sink plumbed in.

🔵 New tiles fitted.

🔵 All tiles grouted.

🔵 Silicone applied around the work tops.

🔵 All walls and ceilings mist coated.

🔵 All ceilings had 2x coats of Dulux Easy Care white emulsion bathroom paint.

🔵 All walls were painted with 2x coats of Dulux Easy Care Rolled Oats bathroom paint.

🔵 Woodwork was caulked/ filled where needed, undercoated then finished off with a top coat of Dulux satinwood.

* Tiles and bathroom were fitted by other trades.
