Site set up today for a new project : Empire Court , Borehamwood.

We will be stripping out the existing timber decking to the balconies and replacing with non-combustible Aluminium decking to 3 blocks .

Scaffolding starts this week with Danion and the main works start in approx 3/4 weeks time .

Drone completion photo of The Old Brewery, Horndean .

This has been a bitter sweet project for us .

Carrying out a refurbishment project during the wettest period on record and enduring 4 Met Office storms, was a challenge to say the least .

However , the end result is impressive .

🎉 Secured Project: 🎉

IPS are pleased to announce that we have secured the flat roofing package on the stunning new Brooklands Farm development in Surrey.

Brooklands Farm comprises a converted historic barn which is attached via a
glazed link to a large ancillary annexe building, known as the mega barn, to its east.
To the north of the main dwelling is a further outbuilding, containing garaging, which
was a former stable building. The existing property is served by residential garden to
the north and south of the aforementioned buildings. There are two modern steel-
framed agricultural barns to the south of the driveway which are used for storage.

Phase 1 Works:

We will be installing over 1,200 m2 Rubberfuse TPO fully adhered single ply membrane in Dark Grey RAL 7016 with Kingspan Thermataper TT47 to 0.11 W/m2k U-value. This will be a Rubberfuse fully bonded system utilising the Rubberfuse spray contact adhesive and Insulation adhesive with the Rubberfuse SA VCL and Spray Primer.

We will be installing SITA Trendy outlets with Rubberfuse TPO integrated membrane fl**ge.

We will also be installing a safety line system.

Phase 2 Works:

For the 2nd phase of the works, we will be installing:

* Bio-diverse green roof system.
* Paving
* SITA HDPE internal RWP with electro welded collars
* PPC Aluminium Cappings
* 23 Kw Solar PV system


The works commence in early February 2024.
