A recently completed bathroom, designed with a focus on proportion, material, and detail.

A freestanding bath anchors the space, paired with a walk-in shower behind a frameless glass screen. The marble chequerboard floor adds contrast without overpowering, while the panelled walls and muted tones keep everything balanced and calm.

We also installed solid oak floating shelves for storage

Finished with a bespoke-style vanity, soft lighting, and carefully selected fittings throughout.

🚿 Shower Upgrade – Big Improvement Without Full Renovation

Take a look at this recent shower transformation. The existing shower had been in place for many years and was no longer performing to a good standard. The client wanted a noticeable upgrade without the cost and disruption of a full bathroom replacement

We installed a new, modern shower unit to improve both functionality and overall appearance, giving the space a clean, refreshed look.

Alongside this, we upgraded the property’s gravity-fed hot water system to a fully pressurised system. This is a significant improvement, as the entire house now benefits from mains water pressure, resulting in:

• Stronger, more consistent flow

• Improved shower performance

• Better efficiency across all hot water outlets

This project is a great example of how the right upgrades can dramatically improve performance and user experience without the need for a full renovation.

Contracts exchanged today on our first HMO conversion 🔥

Safe to say this one has some history… we genuinely think it may have been used as a brothel before 😂 Have you ever seen anything like it?!

And the cellar… talk about creepy 😳

We’ve upgraded this property from an old gravity-fed system to a modern, high-efficiency combination boiler — delivering improved water pressure, better energy efficiency, and freeing up valuable space by removing tanks from the loft.

✅ New gas run installed to current regulations
✅ Pipework kept tight and neat to the boiler for a clean finish

Another successful Daikin heat pump installation, making full use of the £7,500 government grant.

This property has now been fully decarbonised, transitioning from gas to an efficient, all electric heating system. Alongside the new heat pump installation, we upgraded radiators throughout the home to ensure optimal performance and to keep every room warm and comfortable all year round.
