🔨 Decking 🔨

Not done very many decks this year, but this one was certainly needing replaced

Old decking fully ripped up and replaced with a lovely new composite deck from Dino Decking

Finished off with new glass banister and higher fence 👌🏻

🚪 Secret doors and velux windows 🪟

There’s a combination I never thought I’d say together 😁

All 4 velux windows changed over from the older pine ones to lovely new white timber ones.

And a wee head scratcher with the book case hidden door. Turned out ok 😀

Front porch 🏡

This porch didn’t take long to take down…..it was ever so slightly rotten 🫣

New windows and door to make the look of the property so much better.

Entrance is now a lot safer with it being able to be locked now 😀

🔨 Understairs Storage ⚒️

Another understairs storage complete…..a lot smaller, slightly different design, but in the end, a lot more storage added 💪🏻💪🏻

Customer wanted rear section to just have doors, with side seat ion having drawers…..managed to fit in 3.

🪟 New windows 🪟

All windows and front door replaced recently in this flat off the hilltown.

All the windows had seen better days, and the door (which I forgot a photo of…..🤦🏻‍♂️) was replaced with a lovely composite black door 🚪

All windows and door supplied by BW Doors & Windows and fitted by myself

Inside was finished off by customers own plasterer.

🏠 Garage Conversion 🏠

Adding an extra room into your house adds lots of benefits, but sometimes you just need another room 😀

Garage conversion recently finished, which will be turned into a bedroom, so it’s small walkway to keep the fridge and freezer out the way.

⚒️ Doors, floors and worktops 🔨

The mission….to make the kitchen brighter….and it certainly now is 😀

Old tiles lifted, and floor self levelled, old dark worktops removed and door taken off.

Lovely new bright worktops installed, along with lovely new LVT click flooring and new back door, all from Howdens

Looks like a new kitchen…..😀
