No “meet the team” would be complete without introducing the real management… the dogs 🐾

Jack - 9-year-old Maltese
Head of Morale, Professional Lap Warmer, and part-time crumb detection specialist. Don’t let his size fool you - he runs the house with an iron paw.

Brock - 4-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback (weighing in at a casual 59kg 😳)
Chief of Security, professional shadow, and silent protector of the household. Calm, watchful, and always on patrol… unless Jack drops a biscuit, in which case all security protocols are suspended 😝

Between them, the house is fully supervised, snacks are never safe, and visitors are thoroughly inspected (and judged).

Basically… we just work here.

Our No.1 son and chief heavy-lifting specialist. Strong, willing, and learning fast - especially once the AirPods are out and the phone’s away 🥴. Our unofficial IT support but usually spotted carrying blocks, fetching tools, and questioning his career choices… often reminded it’s “character building.”

John keeps the work moving and the music going. Another hard worker, who’s always keen to learn more, and a perfectionist who gets stuck in no matter what, known for his wit, and ever-present cigarette. Sings constantly… and terribly - we apologise in advance, and no, there’s no discount for it 🙉

🌳 Derek - Landscaper

Full of banter, known for his cheeky one liners and zero filter - the nearest Derek gets to ‘PC’ is the electronics aisle in Currys - but his work is always spot on. A proper character who grafts hard no matter the weather and who loves his dogs - mainly because they’re better trained than the rest of us 😝

The real boss 😉 Keeps the lads organised and paid, socials updated, invoices under control, and Starbucks in business 🥴 Powered by spreadsheets, strong coffee, and a never-ending mission to get Darren to take a day or two off 🙄

She’s been building life and business alongside Darren since she was 15 - juggling family life, other jobs, the unseen work behind the scenes here, and keeping everyone on track 😜

🌳 Darren - Director & Head Landscaper

🧱 Mono-Man 🧱 The man with the vision (and the muddy boots to prove it). Darren turns ideas into stunning outdoor spaces and can spot a crooked slab from 50 paces — no matter where we are in the world. He’s been perfecting his trade since leaving school at 15 (and that wasn’t yesterday 😉), yet he still works in all weathers, never stops grafting, and sets a pace the rest of the team are trying hard to catch up with 🥵

Darren took over the business from his proud dad in the 90’s, continuing a family legacy built on hard work and straight talking. Ronnie was a tough but fair man who expected high standards and led by example - a grafter through and through. There are plenty of legendary stories about Ronnie from sites back in the day… though most are a bit too unprintable for social media nowadays 🤫
