“Great experience dealing with JBC, from design to completion of installation of our oak staircase and glass balustrade. We contacted JBC after a previous company advised that it would not be possible to execute our design idea. Roland visited us and discussed our ideas and was able to show us similar projects they had completed which gave us confidence to proceed with the order. Roland and Russell arrived on time each day, tidied up when they left and were a pleasure to have in the house. During the build I was kept up to speed with what would be done each day and Roland came up with an idea for an enhancement mid project and sought my approval before proceeding. Both Roland and Russell are clearly passionate about their work and we are delighted with the end product.”
