Our second ongoing project in poundstock is undergoing a full renovation and is coming along fantasticly with the new windows in, rendering and roof work in full swing, inside we have all new electrics and plumbing underway. Updates to follow! We are taking bookings for summer 2026 please contact us for any and all building works.

Our renovation project from earlier in the year is now on the market!

This project was a wonderful job to be a part of, Oak rise itself had not been touched for many years and was in need of updating, we were asked to change the ground floor entirely to create a grand entrance hall with two new adjoining rooms and a new bathroom, widening the stairwell to create space for a breathtaking flight of stairs, a new wider front door and windows to the new rooms. Upstairs we had removed and moved multiple walls to create new lighter spaces, a new kitchen, utility room, bathrooms and a larger master bedroom, and a beautiful new balcony to view the valley. Lots of other work took place outside including new mains drainage, retaining walls, hand rails, concreting.

Another lovely transformation for two fantastic customers, their new kitchen, supplied by stratton studios, required the old walls removing and the ceiling vaulting to make a lovely open plan space complete with hand made oak trim and a bespoke oak staircase, partition walls were removed in the neighbouring room to create a cosy lounge area. Tiling by chris hancox.
