Went to cover floor with ply ready for lino, until had abit of a closer look and noticed all the original floor boards were completely rotten from a previous leak and part of floor wasn't even sat on a joist, So fitted new joist to catch boardong and covered with chipboard flooring and then covered over with ply to get back to original height of floor and ready for the for the lino and finished off with some new skirting fitted and undercoated

Great way to use wasted space up with a lovely built-in wardrobe over in Presteigne. Made out 2x2 frame and covered with tongue and groove boards, finished off with some lovely ironmongery handle and Hinges. On the inside got a big shelf and cube storage made out of mdf and clothes rail put in.

Sash window refurbishment !!!
Seven sash windows were taken out to get sanded down, then coated with some fresh gloss paint, and also repair any broken glass. Then refitted with some new rope to make them slide like new again.
