Full KItchen with 30mm Quartz Worktop.
Neff Built Under Double Oven, Gas Hob and Chimney Hood.
Ambiance Vyny Floor to Kitchen, large Hall and cloak room.
Existing Kitchen removed and disposed, wall tiles knocked off and walls skimmed. Existing floor removed. New Radiator supplied and fitted. All electrics and existing sockets changed to chrome. Re Tile walls. Ceiling Spotlights.
New WC, Vanity Unit and Extractor fitted in cloakroom with splashback tiles.
All this for £12,750 !
