Not all jobs are straight forward
Customer said the bath water was slow to drain away and that the w/c water would rise up.....
As a plumber your senses won't let you down.
I tapped the soil stack you can tell that it was full off water, upon further investigation I could only see about a 10mm gap at the bottom of the what should be 110mm soil stack....
Back in the day all underground waste pipe we're ceramic of sorts, so prone to cracks and roots...see last pic....
Anyhow all sorted 👍
