Talbot and Doubleday Commercials Ltd are a busy HGV workshop and are seeking a full time HGV Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will have had experience within a similar role and have the ability to work on their own and within a team.
You will be responsible for the following:
· Carrying out diagnostic repairs

· Vehicle maintenance and PMI inspections

· MOT preparations.

· Complying with time recording procedures and ensure that job cards are completed accurately

· Completing service sheets as per instructions

· Reporting vehicle defects to Workshop manager

· Operate in a tidy and safe manner
Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer’s procedures and in a safe and responsible manner
Good rates of pay for the right candidate
HGV licence an advantage but not essential

**JOB VACANCY**

Due to continued growth we are looking for a full time HGV driver, Based out of Bungay Suffolk.

The full time position will require nights away and working the occasional weekend.

We operate a modern fleet with a variety of trailers walking floor, bulker, tanker and curtainsiders

CPC training provided subject to time served

Previous experience is a bonus but not essential as full training will be given

The right candidate must be clean,conscientious and must have a positive can do approach. Most importantly must be willing to work as part of our team. You must be respectful of all our customers our equipment and our office staff as you will be looked upon and treated as our ambassadors.
