we are going to have to implement an extra material charge to cover costs if we have to use excess materials during an install to compensate for significant measuring errors in order to leave a catio secure and fit for use, and indeed extra installation time onsite
We don't charge for minor discrepancies, but we have had a couple of cases where measurements have been badly wrong, resulting in several extra hours on site and significant extra materials used that we have footed the cost for.
we always recommend customers check the measurements twice and, if in doubt contact us for assistance, thankyou
