This one got stripped back to the bones and completely rebuilt.

Just some of the lengths we went to on this one ⬇️

-All new plumbing and wastes.
-Doubled up the joists and re laid a new sub floor, The previous installer hadn’t done this and every tile on the floor had come loose.
-De Couplin Matt and Electric UFH.
-Full re wire of the electrics.
-Full re skim, Ceiling and Walls.
-Herringbone wood plank tiled floor.
