Here’s our most recent big bathroom project at RF Property Maintenance
Works included…
-removal of existing bath and tiles
-removal and replaced electric bathroom mirror
-removal of old water feeds for the shower and vanity sink,recessed into wall,fixed and insulated
-reboarded and tanked around shower area
-new mixer shower with wand and rainfall head
-new shower tray with fast flow waste
-2000 mm x 1000mm wet room glass screen with chrome profiles and a chrome grab handle
-new vanity sink and tap
-white gloss PVC cladded ceiling with LED bulkhead light with chrome insert
-new toilet and water feed
-swapped out the old white radiator to a modern chrome towel radiator
-new grey 60x30 cm tiles on the walls where the customer wanted and to cover the pipes for the radiator,finished in mid grey grout with chrome metal trim around any edges

Big project this one and we got over the line in time 😁😁

A couple of nice doors fitted this week…
-2 awkward cupboard doors fitted over in Padiham,had to mess about here to get the size to fit the existing casings but sometimes you just can’t get a door to fit where you need it too 😁🤣
- 2 metric 3/4 pre finished oak glazed doors with black hardware installed over in Blackburn to finish that job off also done at the beginning of the week

Check this one out… 👀

A full kitchen transformation, with every wall surface tiled from top to bottom in classic 10cm x 20cm flat white metro tiles, finished with black metal trim and mid-grey grout for a clean, modern look.

This project definitely tested us—it took nearly twice as long as originally estimated, but we kept pushing through the heat and got it over the line! 🌞💪

The end result was well worth the effort, and most importantly, it turned out exactly as the customer envisioned. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Quality workmanship. Attention to detail. Another happy customer. ✅🏡

-removing an old toilet and pipe work and replacing with new
-replacing an old casing and door with a fresh new casing and black glazed door
-replacing an old back external door with a nice new half glazed door and hardware
