Our Sabden project is coming to an end. We have transformed this once dated small bungalow into a new modern well insulated space which our client can now enjoy. This property has benefited from 3 extensions, the rear extension to create an office space and lounge area, a side extension to increase the size of the bathroom and a front extension to accommodate the new kitchen area. We’ve been up against it to meet the deadline for the client moving out of a rental property and back into their new home. Everyone has pulled together and we could not thank everyone enough. The tradesman we have used really are the best about.
Andy Bailey, Nick Parker for all internal joinery work, kitchen fitting and fitting of Aluminium windows ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ribble valley heating for under floor heating, heat pump and first second fix plumbing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Craig and Bob Kenyon for all plastering and tiling ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Russ and Dave- The Door store for all aluminium windows and doors with motorised integral and non motorised blinds ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fleming electrical for all first and second fix electrics ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
DSC Construction and sons for all building work especially Greg, Eli and Olli Bear⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
But most importantly Brian and Jean ( neighbours) who we’ve become great friends with over this project. They’ve brought us brews when we’ve been frozen, they’ve invited us in for pheasant stew, they’ve brought us sausage rolls, cakes, biscuits, presents at Christmas it’s really has been a pleasure to get to know them 💜❤️💜
Lastly a big thank you to Jason and Sarah, you kept the faith when things didn’t go to plan and trusted DSC to carry out this project. Thank you
