Reasons why you should keep your boiler serviced and up to date every year!
We have a service grade of A / B regarding when your boiler was last serviced and who it was most recently serviced by, if CNJ were not the company who serviced the boiler previously.
We can only advise our customers on what we recommend is the best option between service A / B, depending on when you’ve stated it was last serviced. Once we arrive to the property, we will examine the boiler regarding it’s current condition and advise you following the examination, where we will access it as (no fault, Immediate dangerous or at risk ) which by that would mean broken seals (or any default components within the boiler) which could potentially lead to leaking Carbon monoxide which could result in putting you and/or members of the household at risk or danger.
Please note if upon examination, the boiler is classified as presenting an immediate danger, it will need to be isolated in accordance with safety requirements.
