Laser Templating of Quartz Worktops – What It Is & How It Works

Laser templating is a precise digital measuring method used before fabricating and installing quartz worktops. Instead of using traditional wooden or cardboard templates, we use a laser measuring device to create an exact digital layout of your kitchen.
1.Site Visit:
A technician visits after the base cabinets are installed and level.

2. Laser Measurements:
A handheld laser device captures precise distances, wall angles, curves, and any irregularities.

3. Digital Mapping:
The measurements are transferred into CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create an accurate digital template.

4. Client Review:
You can review overhangs, splashbacks, cut-outs (sink, hob), and edge profiles before fabrication.

5. Fabrication:
The quartz slab is cut using CNC machinery based on the digital file.
