📍 Project Update – Brockhampton School, Herefordshire

The team at Miles Floor Screeds has recently completed another successful installation at Brockhampton School, Herefordshire, delivering screeding solutions across both the ground and first floors.

Ground Floor – 135m²
✅ Visqueen gas membrane
✅ 150mm PIR insulation
✅ Separating membrane
✅ Underfloor heating (installed by others)
✅ 80mm site-mixed fibre screed, pumped into position

First Floor – 95m²
✅ 6mm ISO rubber acoustic insulation
✅ 50mm PIR insulation
✅ Separating membrane

✅ Underfloor heating (installed by others
✅ 50mm liquid screed

With a combined area of 230m², this project showcases our ability to deliver both traditional site-mixed fibre screed and liquid screed installations to the highest standard, ensuring a level, durable finish ready for the next stage of the build.

We’re kicking off a new project in Dudley installing screed across 16 apartments, covering a total area of 1,058m².

The specification includes ISO rubber insulation alongside EPS70 (50mm), delivering strong thermal and acoustic performance throughout the build.

The screed will be pumped to upper levels using one of our screed pumps, allowing for efficient delivery and a consistent, high-quality finish across every unit, ensuring a solid level platform.
