So today’s job didn’t go as planned this became a fix it Sunday day,

Arrived at the job ready to finish off concrete and grading but our pin in the bucket decided to snap, unfortunately it’s part of the job.

We spoke to the customer explained exactly what happened and what the options were from there as being Sunday we couldn’t get another pin,

Me and the customer came to a decision together that the concrete wasn’t an issue as it was just put on as extra from the original quote so we decided to give the customer a discount price and book in another date when we are both available.
