All ready for tomorrow's pre delivery training for the new Genisis Professional CNC.

This all new Genisis Expert CNC has been delivered and commissioned to a high-class furniture maker in Accrington. The machine is controlled by Osai, driven by Yaskawa, Powered with a 9Kw HSD HSK63F router head, has anti 12 position rotary tool changer and was supplied with a bed sweep/bed cleaning device and conveyor take off table. This customer already uses Alphacam CAD CAM with the post processor being supplied and proved before delivery to ensure a seamless installation. The machine uses automation software developed in the UK and supported in the UK.

There is a new Expert when it comes to CNC, the all new Genisis Expert. This is a heavy duty, high specification series of machines available as 3, 4 or 5 axis and as a standalone or fully auto nesting line. Common to all are the industrial Osai controllers, HSD router heads and drill box, Becker vacuum pumps, Yaskawa motion control and powerful parametric CAD CAM with batch import and built in automation for ease of programming. The Genisis Expert series of machines also have automatic bed cleaning, 12 position rotary tool changer and separate position for an aggregate.
