Another Platform Lift Upgrade Completed in Brough🛗

We’ve recently completed another platform lift replacement project for a client in Brough, removing an existing 3-stop hydraulic platform lift which had been causing the client ongoing issues.

Working closely with the client, we supplied and installed a brand-new 3-stop, partially glazed platform lift, along with all necessary making-good works to ensure the new installation was properly integrated into the existing building.

The project was completed within the client’s specified timeframe, with careful planning and coordination throughout to minimise disruption to the building and its occupants.

The new lift was fully tested and commissioned prior to handover, providing the client with a reliable and modern accessibility solution.

The installation also incorporates key-switched landings, helping to restrict access and prevent unauthorised use of the lift.

The building is home to both an Indian restaurant and a Pilates studio, making reliable accessibility particularly important for customers, visitors and staff.

Another project successfully delivered by the Paragon team, from removal through to installation, testing and final handover.💪

Another successful platform lift replacement completed by the Paragon team in Newbury.

Our engineers recently carried out the full removal of an existing platform lift before installing a brand-new unit, delivering a safe, reliable, and modern lifting solution for the client. From the careful decommissioning and removal of the old equipment through to the installation, testing, and commissioning of the new lift, the project was completed efficiently while minimising disruption to the site.

Replacing ageing equipment not only improves reliability and performance but also enhances accessibility and helps ensure continued compliance with current standards.

Another successful project completed! 👏

Over the past 4 weeks, our team has transformed an empty warehouse in Melton into a modern, high-quality showroom for our client, who will be using the space to showcase and sell their bespoke converted camper vans.

As the main contractor, we managed and delivered the entire project from start to finish, coordinating every aspect of the fit-out, including:

🎨 Painting & Decorating

Full Office Fit-Out Completed in Dumfries 🔨✨

We’re proud to share the completion of a full office fit-out project in Dumfries, delivered from the ground up by our team. This is without mention of the platform lift we have also supplied and fitted prior to fit out works commencing.

Our scope of works included:
• Full installation of internal walls and insulation
• Floor joists and floor coverings throughout
• Supply and fitting of fire doors
• Installation of skirting and architraves for a clean, finished look
• Complete installation of two kitchens
• Fit-out of multiple toilet facilities
• Supply and installation of windows and detailed window reveals
• Installation of a client-supplied staircase, along with bespoke staircase infills and handrails

This project showcases our ability to manage and deliver comprehensive interior fit-outs, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail at every stage.

Over the past few weeks, we have completed an office fit-out for one of our partners, transforming the unit from a bare shell at the time of commencement.

We introduced our partner to a trusted steel fabricator to supply and install a mezzanine floor and staircase, allowing us to then deliver the full office build.

We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would like to commend our team for their excellent work throughout the project.
