Due to a substantial increase in projects nationwide, Regional Tree Care Ltd is seeking experienced Team Leader/ Arborists to support and lead our growing teams.
We are a specialist contractor operating throughout the UK, delivering professional services in:
• Site Clearance
• Vegetation Management
• Arboriculture
• Ecology
• Fencing
Our work spans multiple sectors, including civils, utilities, waterways, highways, and forestry, providing our teams with varied, challenging, and rewarding projects.
We're looking for proactive, safety-focused arborists with strong leadership skills, proven site experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Relevant NPTC / City & Guilds units (including chainsaw maintenance & cross cutting, felling, aerial cutting, aerial rescue, and pruning qualifications)
• Demonstrable experience in arboriculture and team leadership
• Strong understanding of H&S requirements and industry best practice
• Full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable)
• Experience working within civil, utilities, or highways sectors beneficial but not essential
