Good morning everyone, as its nearing -5 deg outside the risk of frozen condensate are now very real for many of you with external pipework... and due to high demands during this type of weather I have put the link again below for customers to try and defrost the pipework with a kettle of warm NOT hot water during these cold snaps to reduce long wait times to attend as you may need to do this on multiple occasions during the cold snap.

If this does not rectify the bubbling noise issue or flame lockout codes, please contact us to book you breakdown appointment via WhatsApp, email or text for fast response.

New Pre Booking time slots available Monday - Friday, due to a successful 6months trail with our new online booking form.

The feed back from you guys was great and this allowed more ease in booking our services.

You can now book your service, breakdown or quotes via the booking form and we will be releasing some Saturday/Sunday appointments and late night slots into the summer months for our customers with busy schedules.

We are proud to announce after some beta testing the new website revamp has taken place, we now can offer online payments for your service requirments with more options in the future coming.

We have different payment options for our customers via card, cash, Apple & Android pay on the day as normal, but if you chose to prepay via the website and you can have access to secure card payment options as normal, with an extra option of payment via klarna so you can spread the cost to make it even more cost effective to book and pay for your applaince service on the go.
