Our latest front and rear dormer loft conversion completed in Nutley, East Sussex.

This job consisted of a 3 bedroom, bathroom and front gallery landing loft conversion, transforming this 2 bedroom detached bungalow into a 5 bedroom home. Creating space and effectively using the loft space.

We maximised the loft space for the customer by construction a full length and width rear dormer as to planning and building regs, designed by our own architects and structural engineers.

This Job took only 3 months to complete!

An existing conservatory has had the glass roof insulated ,plasterboard and plastered and finished in white emulsion,
The old wooden windowsills have been removed and the block work and windowsills have now been plastered and painted and the external has also been repainted in black and white to match the very large house,

We are looking for a young person as a trainee painter and decorator with a good keen eye for detail,
Also a trainee general handyperson capable of standard type carpentry, plaster boarding, able to fit insulation boarding,
Wages negotiable for the right applicant a clean driving license is essential,
Once you have proved your capabilities within a month a van will be given to you for work use,

Another nice summer house just finished ready for the summer,
This can be brought up to thermal regulations inside with cellotex board insulation between the uprights and then plaster boarded and plaster skinned with fitted internal and external lighting and power points,
