New Boiler room install, Vaillant ecotec plus 630 system boiler (10 year warranty) with a 300 litre unvented mixergy cylinder. With Nest heating controls.
Pipes ready and waiting for the next phase fitting underfloor in new extension/renovation.

First air source heat pump fitted ♻️🐸. 14kw Mitsubishi Zubadan with 210 litre unvented cylinder.
Whole house refurbished radiators in the old part of the building and underfloor in the extension.
Two new complete bathrooms, kitchen, utility and down stairs cloak room. (Pictures at a later date.)

A seven year old alpha out, the main heat exchanger had gone. 😳 Isolated boiler and turned off over night, still lost pressure and water out of the condense into a tub.
New Vaillant ecotec plus 832 combi boiler installed with boiler protection kit, inline scale reducer and shock arrestor (10 year warranty). As always a power flush done after a new boiler installation 🐸.

New Vaillant ecotec plus 618 system boiler with a Vaillant unistore 180 litre unvented cylinder installed and relocated to garage. New flow and returns to the house (old flow and returns only 15mm). Balanced cold and new hot pipe work increased to 22mm copper to rest of house for better water pressure.

Under sink beauty.
If you ever need any waste kits or strange traps I can bet will do something for it, used their space saver 1 and a half bowl kit. Gained the space I needed because for some reason they wanted drawers under the kitchen sink 😅😅. (Not sponsored by them btw)

Fortic cylinder out!!! Unvented cylinder relocated, mains water pipe completely renewed and increased in size. Part one of this job done 👍

Cooking on gas 🔥 Today we fitted a new hob with an isolation valve with test point, so we can actually test the hobs working pressure 😲

Today we installed the latest in paddling pool technology. Hot and cold outside taps. 💧☀️🏊‍♂️
Don't forget those Double check valves for new outside taps.

A couple months ago we had our first big job as D J Ross Plumbing and Heating.

The job consisted of changing the whole position of a bathroom, installing a new basin, toilet, shower, shower tray to the floor (give a wet room feel) and fitting a new combi to replace a heat only boiler and clyinder.
For the shower tray we installed a thin board onto the floor boards, to avoid future damage. We also made the boiler cupboard smaller knocking down walls. Put soil stack under the floor so the customer would have more space in the bathroom.
The result was this brand new and stylish bathroom.
