Fitted wardrobe completed for a client at a property in Suffolk.

I had previously worked for this client, overseeing the complete restoration and refurbishment of this fantastic property for another contractor, in 23/24, and was invited back to do some fitted cabinets for them. This is the first, with more to follow soon.

Shaker doors, constructed as a 5 piece construction (none of this glued/planted rubbish) heavy duty soft close drawer runners and soft close cabinet hinges.

Concealed drawers where requested, to keep the piece simple and not to busy.

A little bit of what I've been up to lately:

Removal of cement pointing, hand cut decorative brick replacements, metres and metres of lime pointing, some flint rebuild and Repointing and some hot lime mortar repairs to some internal stonework.

Some well placed signage on the job in Hopton.

I'd like to take credit for it being deliberate, but I didn't notice the big floodlight when I put the sign boards up 😅

Anyway, I think it makes for some rather unique advertising.

Great to see the Scaffolding coming down at All Saints Church in Hopton. We've been busy cutting out some nasty cement and replacing it with lime in the parapet, as well as rebuilding one corner, and replacement of some of the brick stringcourse.

Continuing works on All Saints Church, Hopton.

Removal of cement pointing, and deep pointing with lime to stabilise the loose parapet. There's also a small area to take down and rebuild.

Once we've completed this, it's then repointing and brick replacements to the decorative stringcourse.

A fireplace that was given a little bit of a glow up.

The old was raked out using in a bit to keep the brick arrises as sharp as possible, we then cleaned the soot back without making the bricks look too clean, retaining some patina, and then repointed using an nhl 2 and blend with a medium sand.
