Domestic loft conversion completed ✅

Another great project completed by the Cornerstone Developments team. This was a full loft conversion from start to finish, including the structural works, boarding, wall and ceiling preparation, followed by full skimming throughout.

We focused on achieving a clean, modern finish while making the most of the space and natural light. A lot of time and attention went into the details, and the end result speaks for itself.

Our lovely customer was experiencing damp issues in the chimney breast area, upon investigation we realised there were a few holes where water had been getting in.

To deal with this issue we primed the surface using SBR and used a 1 part cement and 3 part sharp sand mix for durability
