An extension step by step ! Making amazing spaces for modern day living

We’ve been quiet… because we’ve been busy.
This project kicked off at the end of July. Challenging ground conditions meant we had to install piled foundations, followed by a block and beam floor. A substantial 675 kg steel beam was then put in place for the knock-through that had to be craned over the house first. The joinery team formed the roof structure ready for the roofers to tile in. Doors and window next few days. Next week floating floor and roof insulation internally and boarded out. Week after plastering followed by small bit of second fix joinery. Then the handover, clean tidy respectful site working efficiently as a team while delivering high quality workmanship

From the ground up, this annexe project has been delivered with precision and care at every stage — starting with the drainage installation right through to the structural works. Every detail has been considered to ensure a solid, reliable foundation for the build ahead.
Just as important as the work itself is how the site is left. We take pride in maintaining a clean, organised workspace, making it easier and safer for the next trades to come in and keep things moving smoothly. A tidy site really is a happy site.
