Take a look why servicing your boiler is so important.. 🤯⚠️❌

On a recent boiler service we identified CO leaking from this combustion chamber, upon stripping the boiler we found the seals leaking. The boiler had not been stripped down, cleaned or serviced properly in over 12 years..⚠️

We found a major blockage in the condensate trap, the main heat exchanger clogged up, original obsolete electrodes with sight glass, and leaking seals to name a few.

New seals fitted, full strip and clean carried out, trap cleaned, new updated electrodes fitted, safety checks done and the boiler is now back in action!✅

Customer contacted us having no radiators in their bedrooms due to renovations. We fitted 2 new radiators, centralised them with the windows and tidied the pipework up. Now nice and warm ready for winter!♨️

⚠️Lead anaconda!⚠️

We identified this on a recent service while doing our gas checks, the lead gas pipe was partially creased causing a restriction and reduced gas pressure, this caused the boiler to be undergassed.

We replaced it with copper, checks redone and gas pressure is now up to scratch! Job done!
