Our Contracts Manager, Anthony, tells us exactly what it takes to deliver successful projects on nuclear and defence sites.

According to him, the first critical step is having a deep understanding of the scope - not just the contract, but exactly what’s being fabricated and installed. Without that, you don’t truly have control over what’s being made.

Then comes rigorous planning, followed by clear communication across all teams and the full supply chain so everyone knows what’s happening and when.
