Today at Ozone Tree Care the team carried out a full removal of an ash tree due to late-stage ash dieback.

Due to the dangerous condition of the tree, we served a 5-day notice to the council so the work could be completed safely. The location made it even more challenging, but the team handled it smoothly as always.

All logs were cut into manageable sizes and left on site for the customer to process into firewood in their own time. We’ll also be returning to plant a field maple in a similar location to replace the tree.🌳🌳

🌳 Job Complete – Halifax 🌳

Job complete in Halifax today for one of our commercial customers. The team removed a large conifer hedge that was encroaching on a neighbouring property, along with an unsightly ivy-clad sycamore tree — all ready for the new, more manageable hedge line to be replanted.

The lads made it look easy and got it done in record time. I really appreciate it when things run this smoothly thanks to everyone’s skill, hard work, safety focus, and professionalism.

🌳 Job Complete! 🌳

This beech tree had to be removed due to multiple codominant unions and because it was pushing out a retaining wall leading down to a small stream. Now that it’s gone, the wall can be rebuilt safely and the surrounding trees have more space to grow strong and healthy!

We made sure to protect the decking and artificial grass by laying down ply boards — leaving everything neat and tidy for our customer.

🌳 Ozone to the rescue! 🌳

We got an urgent call last night from a local landscaping company — they were halfway through installing new posts and fences when they hit multiple stumps right in the dig zone. Not a problem for Ozone! With a quick shuffle of the diary, we were on site first thing this morning to grind out the stumps and get their project back on track.

Another job sorted, another happy customer. At Ozone, we always put our customers first.

First job of the day: We removed an Ash tree that was overhanging the BT lines. Unfortunately, it was affected by an airborne disease called Ash Dieback and also needed to be removed to make way for the new fibre cables. To promote sustainability, Ozone Tree Care will be planting two new trees at no extra cost to our customer With the neighbour’s permission 🌳🌳 we also carried out some sympathetic pruning of their trees at the back of the property to help with future maintenance.

Second job: We reduced a large Leylandii by 50% to allow more sunlight into the neighbouring gardens.
