Everyone meet Dot, One of my very first customers, and now a very good friend.
What started as me coming to help in her garden has turned into something I honestly didn’t expect. We garden together, have such a good laugh, put the world to rights and drink A LOT of tea… usually with a biscuit or two thrown in!
Dot is still very much involved in her garden, and I love that we do it together. Sometimes I’m there to do the jobs Dot can’t manage anymore, sometimes we just potter about and decide what needs doing next.
It’s customers like Dot who remind me that gardening is about so much more than gardens. It’s people, conversations, friendship and the little bit of time spent together.
