As much as I love the look of natural wood for cladding purposes some of them do require minimal upkeep to keep that look.
Another alternative is Cedral cladding. They are a cement board that comes in various colours that keep looking good for years to come with no maintenance. I’ve personally used it on my own house 3 years ago and it still looks as good as they day I fitted it without having to do anything to it.
We even done Drue Pritchard’s that’s on salvage hunters house with it.

Here are a couple of examples of what we’ve done with it and a colour chart of the colours that’s are available in it.
It really does hold its UV value and doesn’t fade from what I’ve personally seen.

Porch was added and after a few years was cladded with Cedar wood giving it that little bit extra 🤩

Composite charcoal decking leading out of the bottom floor of this stunning property at Felinheli with 2x1 plained slated fence framing that gorgeous view over the menai straights.
Drive way levelled and covered with w**d control membrane and grey 20mm decorative slate giving the right finish to another job.

🤩Transformation Tuesday have a look at the before and after pictures to see what you think🤩

Check out the amazing transformation and the views they have from this property looking over most of Anglsey.

Area was dug out and levelled , sub-base carried in and compacted and 600x900 light grey natural stone stone laid on full bed of mortar and jet black resin.
Topsoiled and new turf.
Picket fencing.
Area for a fire pit and a play area opposite that eventually will have swings and play bark.

Now the young family can enjoy their summer outside taking in that amazing view while relaxing and entertaining their friends.
(Parties have apparently already been sorted 🥂 🍻 🎉)

This job took a few late nights to complete before my family holiday tomorrow.
We worked hard to make sure the job was completed on the deadline that was arranged so that the young family can enjoy their garden space.

(The extension and previous ground work was not carried out by us )

Created a useable space within the grounds of the property with far reaching views once the conifers were taken down and gained much more room.
The family can now dress the space with their own choice of furniture and plants.
