A fantastic milestone for Laura at PCF Training & Consultancy Solutions! 👏

This week, Laura delivered her first training course since completing her Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), putting her teaching qualification into practice.

Laura delivered the QNUK Level 2 Principles of Customer Service course, the first day of our four-day pathway, and has thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Reflecting on her progress, Laura said:
