The lads done well squeezing this one in on a Sunday morning.

We had to reinstate the boundary line of the property as the original plans state there is a walkway to the rear of the garden

This involved removing a large bush and raised flower bed. Before the fence could be erected at the correct position.

Making full use of the weather, this job has been on hold due to the amount of rain we have had. Removed the damaged bricks and replaced with blue engineering bricks. Finished off with a soft wash to remove years of filth and algae. Nice to be outside working for a change

Another tenant horror story.
One of our Landlords wanted to sell up and retire. The tenant took the opportunity to break all plug sockets, rip the wall paper off, smash hob and put holes in walls, basically making it unsuitable for immediate sale. This when we came in on a tight budget and timescale to get the house market ready.

The below works were carried out adding an additional 27k to the market price
-Exterior wall repaird and painted
-Repairs throughout
-Full respray and gloss
-New carpets
-Full top to bottom clean
-Overgrown garden cut back
