We have made the decision to return to work tomorrow, we now feel this is the right time to do so and the safety of our customers and ourselves and family will remain our top priority, online payments are available if you don't want any cash handling and we ask if it's a cash payment that you place it down at a safe distance for us to collect, we will be picking up from where we left off so please bare with us to catch up and thank you for your patience through this unprecedented time, hope you've all stayed safe and well, see you soon

The end of last week we made a very difficult decision to stop working until we're safe to do so, even though we can keep a safe distance we both have family members with underlying health issues and our wives are key workers. We don't want to risk taking any chances for our family and customers sake so under government advise we will be staying home, we wish all our customers the very best and hope you stay safe through this very difficult time, we will be back ♥️

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
We now have a new business bank account, with about 85% of our customers now paying online we are having big monthly charges for online transactions with the business account we currently have, with the new account we have opened we will have a small set fee but it allows us to have money paid in online with no percentage fee going out monthly.

We will be keeping the old account open until the end of the month to allow for change and also waiting on new receipts but would like all payments to go to new account if possible, many thanks G&M Window cleaners

It is with a heavy heart that i put this status up, yesterday we said our goodbyes to our dad so we will take a bit of time off from work, we send our apologies for the inconsistency the last year or so but our dad couldnt recover from losing his wife our mam and was in need of our help and support, words cant describe how heartbroken we're right now but when we return to work we will work hard to be the regular reliable window cleaning service we promised to be, RIP dad we will miss you so much ❤

Our second van is finally work ready, still a bit away for sign writing (next step) but at least it's ready for window cleaning and our first power washing job on Friday, we'd like to thank a few people for all the help, first off our valued customers with the loyalty you've shown us throughout this year, our wives for putting up with us while our heads have constantly been focusing on the new van, Darren and Dean for coming down Swansea with us to check over the van and help us get it home, and our dad for all his help and support, we'd also like to dedicate everything we do to our late mother, we know you'll be looking down on us with a massive proud smile on your face x

Also window cleaning warehouse were fantastic with us and would highly recommend them to any window cleaner.

* sorry deleted last post by accident * It's been a very tough year for us at G&M and once again we send our apologies for running late and missed appointments we would also like to thank the great customers we have for all the messages and patience, we did find it difficult to catch up and take on new customers so it got us thinking we need a second van, we are super excited with our new purchase, still a little bit to do for it to be work ready and sign written but can't wait
