Another job completed.

The existing cement render was trapping moisture and causing damp issues on the stone and old lime brick walls. To solve the problem properly, we carried out a full hack-off and applied a full EcoRend lime system.

LK11 was used as the key coat, followed by LM1.

To keep the traditional character of the property, we avoided using beads and rolled the corners by hand for a more authentic finish.

If you’re suffering with damp and considering rendering your property, it’s vital to choose the right system. Using the wrong materials can do more harm than good.
