Turns out, I didn’t need drugs 💊. I needed a FU***NG PLAN. 🧠

For years, I thought my racing thoughts, overthinking and constant mental chaos were all down to my ADHD.

But I’ve realised something about myself…

My brain wasn’t just overwhelmed. My business was UNORGANISED.

No structure. No systems. No written goals. No clear direction.

I was waking up every morning with 100 problems in my head, trying to run a business based on whatever thought shouted the loudest.

Then I got a business coach.

And suddenly, I had a PLAN. A SYSTEM. A SAT-NAV. 🧭

Instead of waking up wondering what the f**k I needed to do, I started following a roadmap.

And something incredible happened…

My mind started going quiet.

I stopped rehearsing tomorrow’s problems before they’d even happened.

I started waking up in a better mood.

And for the first time in years, I STARTED DAYDREAMING AGAIN.
