Update for customers…….

I’ll update customers on here as easier than sending a million messages. I unfortunately had an injury recently. Breaking 3 ribs and my cheek bone.
If you are expecting or waiting on quotes/site visits and a message from us. These will be unfortunately slower than usual, and not this week as expected. I will try to update you all as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience. We will be back to our full service as soon as we can. For now it will be a little slower than we liked during a very busy schedule.

Before and after on the Beacon project,

Removing the existing roof covering. Increasing the roof fall and then framing out for two new skylights. Allowing the customer natural light in their new kitchen/bathroom space.

Completion in Illogan. This property had recent storm damages and was in need of a new roof replacement. So the team got to work.

✅ Vent 3 Pro Felt and treated battens.
✅ Brazilian Grey/Green Slates
✅ Stainless Steel hooks
✅ Easy Verge System
✅ Dry fixed Marley modern ridges
✅ Lead works
✅ Removal and reinstallation of the Solar Panels.

Giving this roof the much needed revamp and making this property stand out from others.

A drier start this time last week allowed the team a chance to get our first flat roof works completed for the year.

Using Restec Roofing Systems Flexitec system 🔥

We’re hoping for a turn in the weather to get some more completed soon. With a flat roof back log since end of last year.

Throwback to this project in Truro 2 years ago.

Certainly must of been a drier month than the one we’re currently having this year.

Roll on to the drier months when we can get back to laying the Grp roofs.

Completion from earlier this month in The Lizard.

This old scantile slate roof to the rear of the property was failing in many areas due to slate pegs failing and no felt or membrane.

The team replaced this with a Brazilian Graphite slates.
Installing Vent 3 Pro breather membrane, Grp valleys and Terracotta concrete ridges dry fixed to ridge lines.
Dropper slates were fixed to the gables.

Top stuff team in some poor weather conditions.
