Yet another scaled hot water tank. We was originally called out to an element issue on this megaflo. Upon inspection we found a great deal of limescale build up inside the tank and attached to the element (roughly 5mm thick) this was causing the thermostat to blow due having to heat the scale before the water is heated.
Feeding this with soft water could have saved this callout and prolonged the life of the element and thermostat. For any enquiries please call us today.

Called out to a faulty toilet cistern yesterday, we found the flush mechanism to be snapped within the housing so wasn't lifting the flapper valve as required. Customer wanted to upgrade to a new Fluid Master syphon with a new push button. Job well done.

Been called out to inspect a Fleck 9100SXT Duplex 100 today as the unit was continuously discharging and consuming a large volume of water. Under inspection, a split seal was found to be the issue. We replaced the necessary parts and fully service the unit, no other issues were found. After reassembling and testing the unit and it's cycles to obtain wether we had successfully rectified the issue, we allowed the unit to complete a full regen and instructed the customer to fully regenerate the next vessel in 3 hours time to ensure soft water is being fed to the building again. Job well done

This is inside a Hot water tank that is fed with mains (hard) water, a huge build up of limescale around the heating element and a build up on the base will cause the unit to work harder to heat the water to a required temperature, a water softener stops this 💧
