A massive shout out to our Electrical supervisor Keegan and one of our apprentices Harry

From containment to completion the guy's have done a quality job!

At J.L.B everyone is equally important and the work load is shared on every project. It's great to see how Keegan has increased Harry's knowledge, experience and quality when it comes to commercial installs whilst ensuring the quality stays high throughout our installs.

Harry has been involved in projects that some time served electricians have never experienced as he goes into his second year he's become a major asset to the company.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Neil the owner of Electrical Courses on one of our projects.

Neil is a time served electrician and it was great for our team to show Neil how a solar install is carried out.

Everything from the roof hooks, speed flashes, ArcBoxes and the full AC and DC install.

It was great for Neil to see how our apprentices, trainees and electricians work, communicate and show their dedication to the industry.

We're proud to be able to support multiple colleges inside Cambridge university for their design, install and maintenance requests for new and existing solar installs.

We've recently installed a brand new solar edge system due to extensive Squirell damage on one the HMO's.

This includes a brand new mounting system to suit the new layout, high efficiency 480 Watt HI-MO 10 panels and connecting a new Solar edge battery 🔋☀️

The goal of training our staff in house is so they are able to produce workmanship like this!

Braidan started as an adult learner with us over a year ago with his Level 3 in an electrical installations but no experience on site.

A year later, hard graft and constant learning Braidan is now completing and running jobs like this one to an exceptional standard. Working along side two of our apprentices through the heatwave this install really shows the dedication for quality and excellence ☀️🔋
